How Tip Toe AI handles photos, videos, payments, and optional analytics.

Last updated: 2026-10-21

About this policy

Tip Toe AI at tiptoeinginmyjordans.ai is operated by AIJAC LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean AIJAC LLC. We turn the photos you choose into an AI dance video. This policy explains how we handle your personal information and the choices you have.

Information we handle

  • Account details: your email address and the name or profile details you provide when signing in, together with records needed to keep your account signed in.
  • Photos and videos: the dancer photo, any optional observer photo, generated videos, and records of the task, attempts, delivery, and download deadline. Photos may contain identifiable faces and other personal information.
  • Order records: the amount, currency, payment reference, payment status, and any refund request or confirmation.
  • Support messages: your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send by email or account ticket when asking for help or exercising a privacy right.
  • Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error records.
  • Optional analytics: only after you agree, we record page visits and interactions using a first-party visitor identifier, and Google Analytics may receive usage events and browser or session identifiers, as explained below.

Why we use this information

We use account details, photos, and task records to provide the service you request: save your setup, generate the video, restore task progress, and give you access to your result. We use order and support records to process your purchase, investigate delivery problems, and handle refunds and requests.

We also use necessary technical records to keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve a payment dispute. Optional analytics helps us understand how the service is used; it depends on your consent.

You need an account and a dancer photo to create a paid video. The observer photo is optional. Analytics consent is optional and is not a condition of using the service or paying.

Photos, storage, and AI processing

Uploaded photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. To generate your video, we give fal and the Kling generation service access to the reference photos through signed URLs that expire. They process the photos and generation instructions to produce your result.

A signed URL allows anyone holding that URL to retrieve the photo while it is valid. Private storage does not mean that the generation providers cannot see your input. Do not share those URLs. Access to your saved task and video download through our site requires your account.

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. fal and the model service process generation inputs and outputs. Their processing can take place outside your country. A link expiring does not erase a copy that a provider has already received. You can read fal's privacy policy for information about fal's own data handling.

Our support email address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward incoming messages to a support inbox hosted by Gmail. Email addresses, message contents, and any attachments are processed through those services to handle your request.

Payments through Stripe

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Tip Toe AI does not store your full card number or card security code. We keep the order and payment references and status needed to confirm payment, deliver the video, and handle refunds. See Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles payment information.

Cookies, local drafts, and optional analytics

After you accept analytics, we use an optional first-party visitor cookie, valid for up to 30 days, to record visits and interactions on our own systems. When you register or sign in, we can associate that visitor segment with your account to understand the journey through upload, checkout, generation, and delivery. Switching accounts or signing out starts a separate segment. With analytics consent, we also store the most recently recorded IP address for that visitor segment to identify internal tests and investigate traffic; this address is available only to authorized administrators and is not included in the analytics events we send to Google. These first-party records are available only to authorized administrators; they are not sent to Google with your email or account identifier. Declining analytics prevents this optional visit tracking. We still keep operational records of account creation, uploaded files, orders, tasks, and downloads needed to provide and support the service.

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences, and your cookie choice. The creation page can also save selected photos and draft details on your device so they survive sign-in or a page refresh. Clear local photos removes that device draft; it does not delete photos already uploaded or tasks already saved to your account.

When Google Analytics is enabled on the site, it loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It can receive page visits and events such as a photo upload, checkout start, confirmed payment, generation progress, and a download being served. Events use browser or session identifiers and a derived transaction reference. They are not anonymous simply because your name is omitted.

The analytics events we send do not include your name, email, uploaded photos, videos, media URLs, signed access URLs, or raw user or task identifiers. Google also processes technical information associated with analytics requests. See Google's privacy policy.

You may decline analytics and still sign in, pay, generate, and download. To change or withdraw your choice, open Cookie settings and select Essential only. This stops further analytics from this browser. Google's permissions for advertising storage, advertising use of your data, and ad personalization stay off even if you select Allow analytics.

When you are signed in, we also try to save your withdrawal for all existing tasks on your account. If Essential only is your saved choice when you sign in, we try to sync it then. Once the server saves the withdrawal, it stops sending further analytics for those tasks; you do not need to reopen them individually. The background request can time out or fail, so we cannot promise that server-side analytics stops the moment you make the choice. If the withdrawal is not saved, existing tasks may still use the earlier consent. You can reopen Cookie settings and select Essential only again, or contact us for help. A sync failure does not interrupt payment or use of your video task.

After a withdrawal has been saved, choosing Allow analytics again can enable analytics for new tasks you create afterwards. Existing tasks covered by that withdrawal stay opted out. Withdrawal cannot recall events already sent or in transit to Google. Contact us if you need help with earlier data.

Download access and retention

A delivered video is available to download for 7 days after it is ready, with the actual deadline shown on your task. Save your own copy before that deadline.

The seven-day download period is not a promise of deletion. Photos, videos, task records, provider copies, and backups may remain after download access ends. We do not promise that these have been automatically erased when the download link expires.

Retention depends on the purpose of each record, including running your account, delivering or recovering a task, handling support and refunds, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting applicable recordkeeping duties. This first release does not offer a fixed automatic deletion schedule for all of these records. You can ask for deletion by email or through account support using the contact details below; a request is not confirmation that every copy has been removed.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, or ask us to delete your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Analytics consent can be withdrawn as described above.

Email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.ai or sign in to account support to make a request. We may need to verify that you are entitled to the information. Describe the account or task concerned, but do not include a password, card details, or signed photo link. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations or an unresolved dispute; we will explain any limits that apply to your request. We do not promise an instant self-service deletion or export feature.

Only upload your own photos or material you have the right and permission to use, including permission from people shown. If you believe a photo was used without permission, report it using either contact method below.

Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. If a change requires a new choice or additional notice, we will provide it through the service.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.ai or sign in and open a ticket in account support. You do not need an account to send an email. You can read and reply to ticket messages in your account. The Terms of Service explain purchases, attempts, delivery, and refunds.
