Using Tip Toe AI

Tip Toe AI at tiptoeinginmyjordans.ai is operated by AIJAC LLC. These terms are between you and AIJAC LLC, referred to as “we” and “us”. By creating a task or buying a video, you agree to these terms. Please read them before uploading photos or paying. You must have the authority to use the photos and make the purchase.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your photos, account information, payments, and optional analytics.

What you buy

A one-time payment of US$9.90 buys one 12-second AI video. The version offered on the purchase page defines the format and sound: the new scene version provides a 16:9 landscape MP4 with a fixed soundtrack; earlier purchases retain the silent 9:16 portrait format shown when purchased. This is a purchase for one saved task, not a subscription. A dancer photo is required; an observer photo is optional. The service controls the generation instructions and model settings.

There are at most two generation attempts in total for that purchase: the first attempt and, if the generation provider confirms a failure, one retry on the same paid task. A retry is not a second finished video or an unlimited revision service. Your task shows the attempts used and remaining. Restoring an attempt is not a cash refund.

Earlier purchases have no soundtrack. The new scene version includes the fixed soundtrack shown in its approved samples. We do not provide music rights. If you add music or publish the video elsewhere, you are responsible for the permissions and platform rules that apply.

Payment and your account

Stripe processes payment. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before paying. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment; your task must show that payment has been confirmed by the service.

Use the account that owns the task to check its status and retrieve the result. Keep your sign-in details secure. If checkout is cancelled, you can return to the same saved task. If payment or generation status is unclear, check that task or contact support before paying again.

Google Analytics is optional. Selecting Essential only in Cookie settings does not prevent payment or use of your purchased task. The Privacy Policy explains how withdrawal applies to your browser and existing tasks.

Generation and quality

Generation starts in the background after payment is confirmed. You can return to the saved task to check its progress. Processing time can vary. A timeout or an unknown provider status does not establish that generation failed; the existing request needs to be checked before a retry is offered.

AI results can change facial features, identity, body shape, clothing, movement, or the way people appear together. We do not guarantee exact identity preservation, a particular dance move, or a result identical to a sample. Samples illustrate possible results, not a promise about your photo. Please review your video before sharing it.

A generation provider reporting success is not yet delivery. The result must also be saved and made available through your task. If something appears wrong with a delivered video, contact support with the task details. These quality limits do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Delivery and the seven-day download period

Once the video is saved and your task is ready, it is available to download for 7 days. The task displays the actual expiry date. The period starts when the result is ready, not when you first open or download it. Save your own copy before the deadline.

We do not promise permanent hosting or that an expired download can be restored. Expiry limits download access; it is not a statement that the photos, video, backups, or providers' copies have been deleted. See the retention section of the Privacy Policy.

Failed delivery and refunds

If we ultimately cannot deliver your paid video, request a refund from the task in My videos. If the request option is unavailable or you need help, email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.ai or open a ticket in account support. Include the task or order reference, but never your card details.

We review the payment and delivery status. If we confirm that we cannot deliver the video, we will submit a refund through Stripe. Requesting a refund stops further generation on that task while the request is handled.

A refund request is not a completed refund. We show a confirmed refund only after the payment provider confirms it. Your bank or payment account may take additional time to display returned funds. We do not promise an instant refund or a fixed bank processing time.

For other purchase or quality problems, contact support so we can review the specific issue. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to you.

Photos, permission, and prohibited uses

Upload only photos of yourself or material you have the right and permission to use for this AI generation. This includes permission from any other person shown and the rights needed to use the photograph. A photo being publicly available does not by itself give you that permission. The same rules apply to an observer photo.

Do not use the service to:

• Create sexual or intimate depictions of a real person without their explicit permission, or any sexual content involving a child.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness, or other rights.
• Harass, exploit, defame, or deceptively impersonate someone, including presenting an AI video as evidence of something they really did.
• Upload illegal material or malware, access another person's account or files, or bypass payment or security controls.

We may refuse or stop a task, or restrict an account, to address prohibited use or security threats. This does not remove any refund or other rights that the law requires us to honour. If you believe your likeness or material has been used without permission, report it using either contact method below.

Rights in photos and results

You keep the rights you already hold in your photos. You permit us and the providers used to fulfil your task to store, transmit, and process those photos and the resulting video for generation, delivery, necessary support, and safety checks. Uploading does not transfer ownership of your photos to us.

You are responsible for the rights needed to use or share the result. We do not promise that AI output is unique, qualifies for copyright protection, or is free of third-party rights. Buying a video does not give you rights to another person's likeness, music, trademarks, or other protected material.

No official affiliation

Tip Toe AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, or TikTok. References to the dance trend do not imply an official connection or a licence to those brands or the original song.

Service changes and your rights

We may update the service and these terms. Changes will be dated on this page, with additional notice where required. A later change to the product or these terms does not reduce the delivery and refund commitments for a purchase you already made.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, but an interruption does not turn an undelivered purchase into a delivered one.
